ACCESSS FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS:
• Please notify the staff at the entrance if you are accompanying a participant, so they will give you a bracelet that must be kept for the whole duration of the event
• Accompanying persons must remain in the designated area and must not interfere with camp activities. Accompanying persons are forbidden to access the dance floor.
• Access for accompanying persons is strictly limited. The organisers reserve the right to refuse access to accompanying persons if the conditions are not met.
UNDERAGED PARTICIPANTS
• Any underaged participant must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the camp.
• Maximum of 2 accompanying persons per underaged participant
• OLDC disclaims any responsibility for minors during the event. It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to supervise the child outside of the camp’s supervised activities.

ACCÈS AUX ACCOMPAGNATEURS :
• Merci de prévenir le personnel à l’entrée si vous accompagnez un participant, ils vous donneront un bracelet à garder pour toute la durée de l’événement
• Les accompagnants doivent rester dans la zone prévue à cet effet et ne doivent pas interférer avec les activités du camp. Aucun accompagnant n’est autorisé sur la piste de danse.
• L’accès aux accompagnants est strictement limité. Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de refuser l’accès aux accompagnants si les conditions ne sont pas remplies.
PARTICIPANTS MINEURS :
• Tout participant mineur doit impérativement être accompagné d’un parent ou d’un responsable légal pendant toute la durée du camp.
• Maximum 2 accompagnants par participant mineur
• OLDC décline toute responsabilité du mineur pendant l’événement. Il incombe au parent ou responsable légal d’assurer la supervision de l’enfant en dehors des activités encadrées par le camp.
