TERMS & CONDITIONS – ONE LIFE DANCE CAMP

General terms and conditions of the event

ONE LIFE DANCE CAMP (OLDC) is an international dance camp that brings together dancers and choreographers from all nationalities, backgrounds, religions, and ages. The goal is to create a space for exchange and sharing, where each participant can learn, improve, and discover new techniques in an inclusive and enriching atmosphere. Whether you’re passionate about dance or a professional, the ONE LIFE DANCE CAMP is the ideal place to grow artistically and personally, surrounded by talent from all over the world.
Objective and Scope of the Document : The terms and conditions serve to establish the rules and expectations of the event, thereby protecting both the organizers and participants. They ensure a clear, safe, and respectful experience for all.
Event Date and Location : OLDC and all related services will take place from August 18 to August 22, 2025, at Pasino Partouche, 335 All. des Parcs, 34280 La Grande-Motte, France.
Type of Service : In order to participate in OLDC, there are two types of camp pass :

Full Pass : Access to all classes for the 5 days of the camp, with entry to all evening events organized by the camp ;
Day Pass : Access to the classes of the selected day, with entry to all evening events organized by the camp.

Exclusions : These two options do not include accommodation or meals, and participants are responsible for their transportation to the camp venue.
Minor Participant : Any minor participant must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the camp. OLDC disclaims any responsibility for minors during the event. It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to supervise the child outside of the camp’s supervised activities.

Refund policy and cancellation due to force majeure

Non-refundable event : No requests for refunds will be accepted under any circumstances, including in the event of the participant’s absence.
Cancellation in the event of force majeure : The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, extreme weather events, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, pandemics, government measures or any other unforeseeable event beyond the control of the organisers. In this case, participants will be informed as soon as possible of the cancellation of the event. The organisers will do their best to reschedule the event or offer an alternative. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, resulting from the cancellation of the event due to force majeure.
Refund in the event of cancellation due to force majeure : In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the organisers undertake to refund participants the price of their pass, excluding platform fees.

Responsibility of the organisers

Organisers’ liability : The organisers are responsible for ensuring that the camp runs smoothly, including compliance with timetables, activities and reception conditions.
Changes to the schedule : Due to the unpredictable nature of art and dance, the organisers reserve the right to change the timetable, the order of classes or the choreographers before or during the event.
Absence of a choreographer : In the event of the absence of a scheduled choreographer, the organisers reserve the right to automatically replace them with another qualified choreographer, without this giving rise to any right to reimbursement or compensation.

Liability waiver

Theft of personal belongings : The organisers cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of personal items during the entire event, including during the parties and other activities.
Injuries : The organisers accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents or incidents of any kind suffered by participants during the event.

Participation in the camp implies that participants are aware of these risks.

Responsibility and rules for participants

Liability of participants : Participants must follow all instructions given by the organisers and respect the rules of the camp.
Responsibility of participants : Participants are responsible for all damage (theft, damage to equipment, inappropriate behaviour) caused to OLDC and its organisation throughout the event.
Resell or exchange of passes : Participants undertake not to resell or exchange their pass. Any attempt to resell or exchange passes will be considered as fraud and will result in the immediate cancellation of the registration, with no possibility of reimbursement.
Identity checks : The organisers reserve the right to check the identity of each participant at the entrance to the event, in order to confirm registrations and the accuracy of the information provided.
Consumption of drugs and alcohol : It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol or any other drug in or around the dance camp premises. In the event of a breach of this prohibition, the participant may be reported to the appropriate authorities and their registration will be cancelled without refund.
Exclusion of participants : The organisers reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, in breach of the terms and conditions, or in the event of non-compliance with instructions given by camp staff.

Authorisation to use images

Participants agree that images and videos of their participation in the camp (including during dance classes, events, or at other event locations) may be used for promotional purposes, in particular on digital media, social networks, brochures, and other communication media related to the event.
These images may be used on the event’s websites, social networking pages and promotional documents, without any time limit.

Additional conditions

Access for accompanying persons : Accompanying persons must remain in the designated area and must not interfere with camp activities. Access for accompanying persons is strictly limited. The organisers reserve the right to refuse access to accompanying persons if the conditions are not met.
Modification of terms and conditions : The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any significant changes, and continuing to take part in the event after these terms have been amended will signify their acceptance of the new conditions.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Conditions générales de l’événement

ONE LIFE DANCE CAMP (OLDC) est un camp de danse international qui rassemble des danseurs et chorégraphes de toutes nationalités, origines, religions et âges. L’objectif est de créer un espace d’échange et de partage, où chaque participant peut apprendre, se perfectionner et découvrir de nouvelles techniques dans une ambiance inclusive et enrichissante. Que vous soyez passionné de danse ou professionnel, le ONE LIFE DANCE CAMP est l’endroit idéal pour grandir artistiquement et humainement, entouré de talents venus des quatre coins du globe.
Objectif et champ d’application du document : Les termes et conditions servent à établir les règles et attentes de l’événement, protégeant ainsi à la fois les organisateurs et les participants. Ils garantissent une expérience claire, sécurisée et respectueuse pour tous.
Date et lieu de l’évènement : OLDC et tous les services liés se tiendront du 18 au 22 août 2025 au Pasino Partouche, 335 All. des Parcs, 34280 La Grande-Motte, France.
Type de service : Afin de participer au OLDC, il y a deux types d’inscription au camp:
- Full Pass : Accès à tous les cours sur les 5 jours du camp ainsi qu’aux soirées organisées ;
- Day Pass : Accès aux cours du jour choisi, tout en offrant l’accès à toutes les soirées organisées par le camp.
- Exclure : ces deux options ne comprennent pas l’hébergement et les repas, les participants sont responsables pour leur transport jusqu’au lieu du camp.
Participant mineur : Tout participant mineur doit impérativement être accompagné d’un parent ou d’un responsable légal pendant toute la durée du camp. OLDC décline toute responsabilité du mineur pendant l’événement. Il incombe au parent ou responsable légal d’assurer la supervision de l’enfant en dehors des activités encadrées par le camp.

Politique de remboursement et annulation pour force majeur

Événement non remboursable : Aucune demande de remboursement ne sera acceptée sous aucune circonstance, y compris en cas d’absence du participant.
Annulation en cas de force majeure : Les organisateurs se réservent le droit d’annuler l’événement en cas de force majeure, telles que catastrophes naturelles, événements climatiques extrêmes, grèves, guerres, actes terroristes, pandémies, des mesures gouvernementales ou tout autre événement imprévisible et indépendant de la volonté des organisateurs. Dans ce cas, les participants seront informés dès que possible de l’annulation de l’événement. Les organisateurs feront de leur mieux pour reprogrammer l’événement ou offrir une alternative. Les organisateurs ne pourront être tenus responsables de tout dommage ou perte, directe ou indirecte, résultant de l’annulation de l’événement pour cause de force majeure.
Remboursement en cas d’annulation pour force majeure : En cas d’annulation de l’événement pour force majeure, les organisateurs s’engagent à rembourser les participants du prix de leur inscription, hors frais de plateforme.

Responsabilité des organisateurs

Responsabilité pour bon déroulement : Les organisateurs sont responsables de garantir le bon déroulement du camp, y compris le respect des horaires, des activités et des conditions d’accueil.
Changement dans le programme : En raison de la nature imprévisible de l’art et de la danse, les organisateurs se réservent le droit de modifier les horaires, l’ordre des cours, ou les chorégraphes avant ou pendant l’événement.
Absence de professeur : En cas d’absence d’un professeur prévu, les organisateurs se réservent le droit de le remplacer automatiquement par un autre professeur qualifié, sans que cela ne donne droit à un remboursement ou une compensation.

Décharge de responsabilité

Vols d’objets personnels : Les organisateurs ne sauraient être tenus responsables en cas de vol ou de perte d’objets personnels pendant toute la durée de l’événement, y compris durant les soirées et autres activités.
Blessures : Les organisateurs déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de blessures, accidents ou incidents de toute nature subis par les participants pendant toute la durée de l’évènement.

La participation au camp implique la prise de conscience de ces risques par les participants.

Réglementation pour les participants

Obligation des participants : Les participants doivent suivre toutes les consignes données par les organisateurs et respecter les règles du camp.
Responsabilité des participants : Les participants sont responsables de tous les dommages (vol, dégradation de matériel, comportement inapproprié) causés à OLDC et à son organisation pendant toute la durée de l’évènement.
Interdiction de revente ou d’échanger les pass : Les participants s’engagent à ne pas revendre ni à échanger leur inscription. Toute tentative de revente ou d’échange sera considérée comme une fraude et entraînera l’annulation immédiate de l’inscription, sans possibilité de remboursement.
Vérification d’identité : Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de vérifier l’identité de chaque participant à l’entrée de l’événement, afin de confirmer les inscriptions et la conformité des informations fournies.
Consommation de drogues et d’alcool : Il est formellement interdit de consommer de l’alcool ou toute drogue à l’intérieur ou autour des lieux du camp de danse. En cas de violation de cette interdiction, le participant pourra être dénoncé aux autorités compétentes et son inscription sera annulée sans remboursement
Exclusion de participant : Les organisateurs se réservent le droit d’exclure tout participant dont le comportement serait jugé inapproprié, en violation des termes et conditions, ou en cas de non-respect des consignes données par le personnel du camp.

Autorisation d’utilisation des images

Les participants acceptent que des images et vidéos de leur participation au camp (y compris pendant les cours de danse, les événements, ou dans d’autres lieux de l’événement) soient utilisées à des fins promotionnelles, notamment sur les supports numériques, les réseaux sociaux, les brochures, et autres supports de communication liés à l’événement.
Ces images peuvent être utilisées sur les sites web, les pages de réseaux sociaux, et les documents promotionnels de l’événement, sans limite de durée.

Conditions supplémentaires

Accès aux accompagnants : Les accompagnants doivent rester dans la zone prévue à cet effet et ne doivent pas interférer avec les activités du camp. L’accès aux accompagnants est strictement limité. Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de refuser l’accès aux accompagnants si les conditions ne sont pas remplies.
Modification des termes et conditions : Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de modifier ces termes et conditions à tout moment. Les participants seront informés de toute modification importante, et continuer leur participation à l’événement après modification de ces termes signifiera leur acceptation des nouvelles conditions.
