The goal is to create a space for exchange and sharing, where each participant can learn, improve, and discover new techniques in an inclusive and enriching atmosphere. Whether you&#8217;re passionate about dance or a professional, the ONE LIFE DANCE CAMP is the ideal place to grow artistically and personally, surrounded by talent from all over the world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective and Scope of the Document <\/strong>: The terms and conditions serve to establish the rules and expectations of the event, thereby protecting both the organizers and participants. They ensure a clear, safe, and respectful experience for all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Event Date and Location <\/strong>: OLDC and all related services will take place from August 17 to August 21, 2026, at Pasino Partouche, 335 All. des Parcs, 34280 La Grande-Motte, France.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type of Service <\/strong>: In order to participate in OLDC, there are two types of camp pass :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Pass <\/strong>: Access to all classes for the 5 days of the camp, with entry to all evening events organized by the camp ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Day Pass <\/strong>: Access to the classes of the selected day, with entry to all evening events organized by the camp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exclusions <\/strong>: These two options do not include accommodation or meals, and participants are responsible for their transportation to the camp venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minor Participant <\/strong>: Any minor participant must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the camp. OLDC disclaims any responsibility for minors during the event. It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to supervise the child outside of the camp&#8217;s supervised activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund policy and cancellation due to force majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Non-refundable event <\/strong>: No requests for refunds will be accepted under any circumstances, including in the event of the participant&#8217;s absence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation in the event of force majeure<\/strong> : The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, extreme weather events, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, pandemics, government measures or any other unforeseeable event beyond the control of the organisers. In this case, participants will be informed as soon as possible of the cancellation of the event. The organisers will do their best to reschedule the event or offer an alternative. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, resulting from the cancellation of the event due to force majeure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund in the event of cancellation due to force majeure<\/strong> : In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the organisers undertake to refund participants the price of their pass, excluding platform fees.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibility of the organisers<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Organisers\u2019 liability<\/strong> : The organisers are responsible for ensuring that the camp runs smoothly, including compliance with timetables, activities and reception conditions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Changes to the schedule<\/strong> : Due to the unpredictable nature of art and dance, the organisers reserve the right to change the timetable, the order of classes or the choreographers before or during the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Absence of a choreographer<\/strong> : In the event of the absence of a scheduled choreographer, the organisers reserve the right to automatically replace them with another qualified choreographer, without this giving rise to any right to reimbursement or compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Liability waiver<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Theft of personal belongings<\/strong> : The organisers cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of personal items during the entire event, including during the parties and other activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Injuries<\/strong> : The organisers accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents or incidents of any kind suffered by participants during the event.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in the camp implies that participants are aware of these risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibility and rules for participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Liability of participants<\/strong> : Participants must follow all instructions given by the organisers and respect the rules of the camp.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsibility of participants<\/strong> : Participants are responsible for all damage (theft, damage to equipment, inappropriate behaviour) caused to OLDC and its organisation throughout the event.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resell or exchange of passes <\/strong>: Participants undertake not to resell or exchange their pass. Any attempt to resell or exchange passes will be considered as fraud and will result in the immediate cancellation of the registration, with no possibility of reimbursement.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identity checks<\/strong> : The organisers reserve the right to check the identity of each participant at the entrance to the event, in order to confirm registrations and the accuracy of the information provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consumption of drugs and alcohol<\/strong> : It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol or any other drug in or around the dance camp premises. In the event of a breach of this prohibition, the participant may be reported to the appropriate authorities and their registration will be cancelled without refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusion of participants <\/strong>: The organisers reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, in breach of the terms and conditions, or in the event of non-compliance with instructions given by camp staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Authorisation to use images<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants agree that images and videos of their participation in the camp (including during dance classes, events, or at other event locations) may be used for promotional purposes, in particular on digital media, social networks, brochures, and other communication media related to the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These images may be used on the event&#8217;s websites, social networking pages and promotional documents, without any time limit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access for accompanying persons<\/strong> : Accompanying persons must remain in the designated area and must not interfere with camp activities. Access for accompanying persons is strictly limited. The organisers reserve the right to refuse access to accompanying persons if the conditions are not met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modification of terms and conditions<\/strong> : The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. L&#8217;objectif est de cr\u00e9er un espace d&#8217;\u00e9change et de partage, o\u00f9 chaque participant peut apprendre, se perfectionner et d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles techniques dans une ambiance inclusive et enrichissante. Que vous soyez passionn\u00e9 de danse ou professionnel, le ONE LIFE DANCE CAMP est l&#8217;endroit id\u00e9al pour grandir artistiquement et humainement, entour\u00e9 de talents venus des quatre coins du globe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objectif et champ d\u2019application du document<\/strong> : Les termes et conditions servent \u00e0 \u00e9tablir les r\u00e8gles et attentes de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, prot\u00e9geant ainsi \u00e0 la fois les organisateurs et les participants. Ils garantissent une exp\u00e9rience claire, s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et respectueuse pour tous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date et lieu de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement<\/strong> : OLDC et tous les services li\u00e9s se tiendront du 17 au 21 ao\u00fbt 2025 au Pasino Partouche, 335 All. des Parcs, 34280 La Grande-Motte, France.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type de service<\/strong> : Afin de participer au OLDC, il y a deux types d&#8217;inscription au camp:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Pass <\/strong>: Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 tous les cours sur les 5 jours du camp ainsi qu&#8217;aux soir\u00e9es organis\u00e9es ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Day Pass<\/strong> : Acc\u00e8s aux cours du jour choisi, tout en offrant l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 toutes les soir\u00e9es organis\u00e9es par le camp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclure<\/strong> : ces deux options ne comprennent pas l\u2019h\u00e9bergement et les repas, les participants sont responsables pour leur transport jusqu\u2019au lieu du camp.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participant mineur<\/strong> : Tout participant mineur doit imp\u00e9rativement \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;un parent ou d&#8217;un responsable l\u00e9gal pendant toute la dur\u00e9e du camp. OLDC d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 du mineur pendant l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Il incombe au parent ou responsable l\u00e9gal d&#8217;assurer la supervision de l&#8217;enfant en dehors des activit\u00e9s encadr\u00e9es par le camp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Politique de remboursement et annulation pour force majeur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9v\u00e9nement non remboursable<\/strong> : Aucune demande de remboursement ne sera accept\u00e9e sous aucune circonstance, y compris en cas d&#8217;absence du participant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Annulation en cas de force majeure<\/strong> : Les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit d&#8217;annuler l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement en cas de force majeure, telles que catastrophes naturelles, \u00e9v\u00e9nements climatiques extr\u00eames, gr\u00e8ves, guerres, actes terroristes, pand\u00e9mies, des mesures gouvernementales ou tout autre \u00e9v\u00e9nement impr\u00e9visible et ind\u00e9pendant de la volont\u00e9 des organisateurs. Dans ce cas, les participants seront inform\u00e9s d\u00e8s que possible de l&#8217;annulation de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Les organisateurs feront de leur mieux pour reprogrammer l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement ou offrir une alternative. Les organisateurs ne pourront \u00eatre tenus responsables de tout dommage ou perte, directe ou indirecte, r\u00e9sultant de l&#8217;annulation de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour cause de force majeure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remboursement en cas d\u2019annulation pour force majeure <\/strong>: En cas d\u2019annulation de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour force majeure, les organisateurs s\u2019engagent \u00e0 rembourser les participants du prix de leur inscription, hors frais de plateforme.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 des organisateurs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 pour bon d\u00e9roulement<\/strong> : Les organisateurs sont responsables de garantir le bon d\u00e9roulement du camp, y compris le respect des horaires, des activit\u00e9s et des conditions d&#8217;accueil.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Changement dans le programme<\/strong> : En raison de la nature impr\u00e9visible de l&#8217;art et de la danse, les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit de modifier les horaires, l&#8217;ordre des cours, ou les chor\u00e9graphes avant ou pendant l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Absence de professeur<\/strong> : En cas d&#8217;absence d&#8217;un professeur pr\u00e9vu, les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit de le remplacer automatiquement par un autre professeur qualifi\u00e9, sans que cela ne donne droit \u00e0 un remboursement ou une compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9charge de responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vols d&#8217;objets personnels<\/strong> : Les organisateurs ne sauraient \u00eatre tenus responsables en cas de vol ou de perte d&#8217;objets personnels pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, y compris durant les soir\u00e9es et autres activit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blessures<\/strong> : Les organisateurs d\u00e9clinent toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas de blessures, accidents ou incidents de toute nature subis par les participants pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La participation au camp implique la prise de conscience de ces risques par les participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9glementation pour les participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Obligation des participants<\/strong> : Les participants doivent suivre toutes les consignes donn\u00e9es par les organisateurs et respecter les r\u00e8gles du camp.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 des participants<\/strong> : Les participants sont responsables de tous les dommages (vol, d\u00e9gradation de mat\u00e9riel, comportement inappropri\u00e9) caus\u00e9s \u00e0 OLDC et \u00e0 son organisation pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interdiction de revente ou d&#8217;\u00e9changer les pass<\/strong> : Les participants s&#8217;engagent \u00e0 ne pas revendre ni \u00e0 \u00e9changer leur inscription. Toute tentative de revente ou d&#8217;\u00e9change sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une fraude et entra\u00eenera l&#8217;annulation imm\u00e9diate de l&#8217;inscription, sans possibilit\u00e9 de remboursement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rification d\u2019identit\u00e9<\/strong> : Les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit de v\u00e9rifier l&#8217;identit\u00e9 de chaque participant \u00e0 l&#8217;entr\u00e9e de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, afin de confirmer les inscriptions et la conformit\u00e9 des informations fournies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consommation de drogues et d&#8217;alcool : <\/strong>Il est formellement interdit de consommer de l&#8217;alcool ou toute drogue \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur ou autour des lieux du camp de danse. En cas de violation de cette interdiction, le participant pourra \u00eatre d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 aux autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes et son inscription sera annul\u00e9e sans remboursement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusion de participant : <\/strong>Les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit d&#8217;exclure tout participant dont le comportement serait jug\u00e9 inappropri\u00e9, en violation des termes et conditions, ou en cas de non-respect des consignes donn\u00e9es par le personnel du camp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autorisation d&#8217;utilisation des images<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les participants acceptent que des images et vid\u00e9os de leur participation au camp (y compris pendant les cours de danse, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements, ou dans d&#8217;autres lieux de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement) soient utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins promotionnelles, notamment sur les supports num\u00e9riques, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, les brochures, et autres supports de communication li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ces images peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es sur les sites web, les pages de r\u00e9seaux sociaux, et les documents promotionnels de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, sans limite de dur\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conditions suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acc\u00e8s aux accompagnants : <\/strong>Les accompagnants doivent rester dans la zone pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 cet effet et ne doivent pas interf\u00e9rer avec les activit\u00e9s du camp. L&#8217;acc\u00e8s aux accompagnants est strictement limit\u00e9. Les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit de refuser l&#8217;acc\u00e8s aux accompagnants si les conditions ne sont pas remplies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modification des termes et conditions<\/strong> : Les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit de modifier ces termes et conditions \u00e0 tout moment.
